IQ Relay LEDs show green/green (voltage and frequency OK, profile set) but no output — relay contactor has failed open mechanically.

What to check
STEP 1
Confirm both LEDs are solid green and grid profile is set. Check with a voltage tester that AC output terminals of the relay are live. If input is live but output is dead with green/green LEDs, the contactor has failed
STEP 2
Power cycle the relay (switch off supply MCB, wait 30s, restore). If output is still dead with green/green LEDs after power cycle, relay is mechanically failed
Escalate if
Always replace a mechanically failed IQ Relay — not field-repairable
