Enphase
DC Too Low

DC Input Voltage Too Low

Module voltage is below the minimum operating point. MI cannot start generating.

Shading on the moduleModule soiling (bird droppings, dust)Failed or degraded moduleIncorrect module type for IQ MI (Vmp too low)
STEP 1
Check the affected module location in Enlighten. If shading is present at the time, this is expected. If no shading, inspect module for soiling or damage
STEP 2
Clean module if soiled. Check module Vmp at the design temperature is within IQ MI operating range
Module is unshaded and clean but still fails to produce — possible module or MI failure, escalate
