Both LEDs on IQ Relay are flashing red — no G98/G99 grid profile has been programmed. Relay is in open (disconnected) state. PV cannot export.

What to check
STEP 1
Open Enphase Installer Toolkit. Connect to this system. Navigate to Grid Profile → apply the correct UK G98 or G99 profile. This must be done for every IQ Relay unit on the system
STEP 2
After applying profile, wait 15–30 minutes for relay to confirm profile and close. Both LEDs should change to solid green when operational
Escalate if
Grid profile applied but LEDs remain red after 30 minutes — relay hardware fault or firmware issue, escalate
