Microinverters have not had a G98/G99 UK grid profile applied. This prevents them from operating on the UK grid.

What to check
STEP 1
Open Installer Toolkit. Select the system and go to Grid Profile. Apply the correct UK G98 or G99 profile for the site
STEP 2
After applying the profile, wait for MIs to update (can take 15–30 minutes). Verify in Installer Toolkit that profile is confirmed
Escalate if
Profile cannot be applied via Installer Toolkit — Gateway or MI firmware issue, escalate
