What to check
STEP 1
Open Installer Toolkit, go to Grid Profile. Verify UK G98 (below 3.68kW export) or UK G99 (above 3.68kW, DNO approved) is applied to ALL microinverters on site
STEP 2
After applying correct profile, verify all MIs accept it. Check for any MIs still showing Profile Not Set in Enlighten
Escalate if
Correct profile applied but mismatch persists on specific MIs -- firmware update may be required, or those MIs may have a profile acceptance issue, escalate
