What to check
STEP 1
Check Gateway internet connectivity (ethernet or WiFi LED). Confirm broadband is working. Check Enlighten for any reported service interruptions
STEP 2
Check Gateway firmware version in Enlighten. If out of date, update via Enlighten Manager. Outdated firmware can fail to communicate with cloud API
Escalate if
Connectivity good, firmware current, but schedule failures continue -- escalate to Enphase support with Gateway serial number
