One or more microinverters have not communicated with the IQ Gateway for more than the expected reporting interval.
Common causes
Power Line Communication (PLC) interference on branch circuitDistance from Gateway too great for PLC signalRCD/MCB interrupting the branchFaulty MI
What to check
STEP 1
Check Enlighten — note which MIs are not reporting and their positions on the array. If clustered, check branch wiring for PLC interference source
STEP 2
Move the IQ Gateway to a socket closer to the affected branch. Try a Gateway reset. Check for large appliances on the same phase that may cause PLC noise
Escalate if
Single MI not reporting and branch wiring is confirmed — MI hardware fault, replace MI
