IQ Gateway Production LED is solid red — one or more microinverters are not producing. Normal at dawn/dusk; not normal during peak sun hours.
Common causes
MI in fault state (check Enlighten for specific MI)Branch AC circuit MCB trippedMI still discovering (within 5 min of boot — normal)
What to check
STEP 1
Check time of day — solid red Production LED is normal at night and low-irradiance periods. If during peak sun: open Installer App and check which specific MIs are not producing
STEP 2
For MIs showing not producing: check branch MCB in AC combiner or consumer unit. Check if shade or soiling is on those specific modules
Escalate if
Solid red Production LED at midday with good irradiance and all MCBs set — MI fault, investigate specific units
