What to check
STEP 1
Check broadband on another device. If no internet elsewhere — ISP or broadband outage, monitoring will recover automatically
STEP 2
If other devices have internet: check router DNS settings. Try restarting router. Check Enphase system status page for cloud outages: https://enphase.com/contact/support
Escalate if
Internet is confirmed working for other devices, Enphase cloud is operational, but Gateway network LED remains red after router restart — Gateway firmware or hardware issue, escalate
