What to check
STEP 1
Check Enlighten for update status. Confirm internet connection is stable. For MI updates, ensure PV is producing (updates push via PLC)
STEP 2
Wait until a sunny period and retry. Updates often complete automatically when conditions are right
Escalate if
Update stalled for more than 48 hours in good conditions — escalate
