What to check
STEP 1
Check Enphase app schedule. If charging is needed now, override the schedule manually in the app or on the charger
STEP 2
If solar divert is active, check that PV generation is sufficient to trigger minimum charge current (typically 6A minimum for Type 2 charging). Charger will not start below minimum current
Escalate if
No schedule is set and solar is generating above threshold but charger remains orange — dynamic load management or commissioning issue, check app settings
