Enlighten is showing data that has not been updated for an extended period — typically because Gateway is offline.

STEP 1
Check Gateway LEDs. Green network LED = online. Amber = connecting. Off = no network. Check broadband
STEP 2
If Gateway shows network LED green but Enlighten is still stale, try rebooting Gateway (power cycle). Check Enphase status page for service outages
Gateway is online and Enphase cloud is operational but data remains stale — Gateway firmware or hardware issue, escalate
