What to check
STEP 1
Check Gateway LEDs. Green network LED = online. Amber = connecting. Off = no network. Check broadband
STEP 2
If Gateway shows network LED green but Enlighten is still stale, try rebooting Gateway (power cycle). Check Enphase status page for service outages
Escalate if
Gateway is online and Enphase cloud is operational but data remains stale — Gateway firmware or hardware issue, escalate
