What to check
STEP 1
Check air gap behind modules meets Enphase minimum (typically 1 inch / 25 mm). Check if the issue is on south-facing arrays in summer
STEP 2
This is usually self-clearing in the evening. If persistent, review mounting system air gap
Escalate if
Overtemperature occurs in cool weather with adequate air gap — MI hardware fault, escalate
