What to check
STEP 1
Check Gateway network LED. Confirm broadband is working. If WiFi: confirm router SSID/password has not changed. Reconnect via Installer Toolkit if needed
STEP 2
Gateway stores data locally and uploads when connectivity resumes -- no data is lost during a communication timeout
Escalate if
Connectivity restored but Gateway still not uploading after 24 hours -- power cycle Gateway. If still failing after that, escalate
