What to check
STEP 1
Do not power off, switch off MCBs, or disconnect internet during this sequence. Allow up to 30 minutes for update to complete
STEP 2
After update, LEDs will return to normal operating state and system will restart automatically
Escalate if
Firmware update sequence running for more than 45 minutes without completing — escalate, Gateway may have lost internet mid-update
