What to check
STEP 1
Check battery ambient temperature. IQ Battery 5P requires minimum 0C for charging. In UK winters, unheated garages can drop below 0C overnight
STEP 2
Charging will resume automatically once temperature rises. If recurring in winter, consider insulating the battery enclosure or relocating to a heated space
Escalate if
Temperature is above 0C but charging remains suspended -- temperature sensor fault, escalate
