What to check
STEP 1
Check Enlighten for battery SoC. If at 100%, charging correctly stopped. Check battery temperature
STEP 2
Check Enphase app charging schedule and grid charging settings. Confirm PV is producing (check MI output)
Escalate if
Battery is below target SoC, temperature is normal, PV is producing but battery still not charging — escalate
