What to check
STEP 1
Check ambient temperature at battery location (operating range: -20°C to 50°C). Ensure all four sides have minimum 15cm clearance. Remove any materials stored against the battery
STEP 2
Provide shading if battery is in direct sunlight. Allow 30–60 minutes to cool — fault self-clears. Monitor Enlighten for temperature events
Escalate if
Solid yellow occurs at ambient temperatures below 40°C with adequate ventilation — thermal sensor or internal fault, escalate to Enphase +44 1908 828 928
