5P: Soft Pulse Red

DC Switch ON But No AC Supply

IQ Battery 5P LED is softly pulsing red — DC switch is on but AC supply from the electrical panel is absent.

Battery MCB in electrical panel has trippedAC supply cable to battery disconnectedIQ System Controller MCB trippedGrid outage causing battery to operate in backup mode without grid synchronisation
STEP 1
Check the battery's dedicated MCB in the IQ System Controller or electrical panel. Reset if tripped. Confirm grid is present at the consumer unit
STEP 2
If grid is absent, the battery should switch to backup mode automatically. The soft-pulse red should change to blue/green when backup mode is active. If no backup, check IQ System Controller LEDs
Grid is confirmed present, MCB is set, but soft-pulse red persists — AC wiring fault or IQ System Controller fault, escalate
