5P: Red 3 Flash

DC Switch is OFF — Normal State

IQ Battery 5P LED flashes red three times repeatedly — DC switch is in the OFF position. This is normal when the switch is off but AC is present.

DC switch was turned off deliberatelyBattery was powered down for maintenance
STEP 1
Press the DC switch button on the front of the battery. LED should change to green/blue when switch is turned on
STEP 2
If the DC switch was not deliberately turned off, check whether a firmware update or fault condition caused an automatic shutdown
DC switch cannot be turned on (does not respond to button press) — possible switch hardware fault or battery in a protected state requiring investigation
