Check Enlighten/Enphase app for 'PCU Fault' or specific event. Perform DC switch cycle: DC switch OFF → switch off battery MCB in electrical panel → wait 30s after LED goes out → switch MCB on → wait for red triple-flash → press DC switch to ON

Check Enlighten for firmware update notifications. Ensure internet connection is stable for OTA updates
Escalate if
Red double-flash persists after DC switch cycle and firmware is current — PCU hardware failure, escalate to Enphase +44 1908 828 928 with battery serial number
