What to check
STEP 1
This lockout can only be cleared by Enphase Support — call +44 1908 828 928. Do not attempt to power cycle to clear, this will not work
STEP 2
After lockout is cleared, review and correct G100 export and import limit settings in the Enphase app. Ensure limits match the DNO approval
Escalate if
Always escalate G100 lockout — requires Enphase Support to unlock remotely. Up to 3 self-clearing violations per 30 days are permitted before lockout
