IQ Battery 3T is present and charged but will not discharge for daily use. This is almost always caused by the COMMS-KIT-01 dongle being removed.

What to check
STEP 1
Confirm COMMS-KIT-01 dongle is in IQ Gateway USB port. Without this dongle, IQ Battery 3T units cannot receive on-grid discharge commands from the Gateway. This is the most frequently missed diagnosis for non-discharging IQ Battery 3T
STEP 2
Check Enphase app storage mode. If set to 'Full Backup', battery will not discharge for daily use. Switch to 'Self-Consumption' or 'Savings Mode'
Escalate if
COMMS-KIT-01 confirmed and mode is correct but battery still not discharging — escalate
