What to check
STEP 1
Wait — Smart Charge delay up to 10 minutes. Cannot be disabled. Zappi displays Charge Delayed during this time.
STEP 2
If delay exceeds 15 minutes: check mode. In ECO/ECO+ without solar surplus, Zappi waits indefinitely. Switch to FAST or BOOST to charge from grid immediately.

Delay exceeds 30 minutes in FAST mode with no schedule — contact myenergi support
