Pilot Problem!
Issue with the Control Pilot signal between Zappi and EV. Auto-retests after 5 seconds.
Common causes
Plug not fully inserted or twistedDirty or damaged CP pinBroken pilot wire in tethered cableFaulty CP circuit in EV or Zappi PCB
What to check
STEP 1
Wait 5 seconds. Unplug cable, check CP pin for contamination or bending, clean with dry cloth, reinsert fully.
STEP 2
For tethered: inspect cable at housing entry for kinks. For socketed: try a different Type 2 cable.
Escalate if
Fault persists across multiple cables — internal PCB fault, contact myenergi
