What to check
STEP 1
Check Harvi is powered — harvests energy from cable the CT monitors. If that cable has no current (e.g. solar CT at night), Harvi may be silent. Wait for generation.
STEP 2
Check Harvi distance to Zappi — max 25m, no major obstacles. Re-pair via Zappi Linked Devices menu if needed.
Escalate if
Harvi powered on active cable, within range, paired, still no signal — contact myenergi support
