What to check
STEP 1
Check router — confirm 2.4 GHz SSID broadcasting, credentials unchanged. Power cycle router and Zappi Glo.
STEP 2
Use Bluetooth in myenergi installer app to reconnect to WiFi. Check signal strength — target -70 dBm or better.
Escalate if
WiFi 2.4 GHz confirmed, credentials correct, signal good, still offline — contact myenergi support
