What to check
STEP 1
Check Grid CT cable inside Zappi — firmly seated in CT1 (red +, black -). Arrow on CT must point toward consumer unit.
STEP 2
If using Harvi: check Harvi is powered (harvests from CT cable — must be live). Harvi must be within 25m of Zappi. Confirm only ONE Grid CT across entire installation.
Escalate if
CT confirmed connected, Harvi powered and in range, error persists — contact myenergi support
