What to check
STEP 1
Check myenergi app — confirm no active schedule. Check display mode indicator.
STEP 2
If RFID lock: tap RFID card to authorise. Check installer app Device Limit and Import Limit settings.
Escalate if
No schedule, no RFID lock, limits correct, still blocked — contact myenergi support
