STEP 1
Confirm model: ZAPPI-2H07 = 7kW single phase, ZAPPI-2H22 = 22kW 3-phase. Verify supply wiring matches.
STEP 2
Check L, N (and L2, L3 for 3-phase) are correctly terminated.
