Internal temperature exceeded safe limit. Charging stops automatically. Auto-resumes when cooled.

Direct sunlight on unitHigh ambient temperature above 40CInadequate ventilation
What to check
STEP 1
Check location — Zappi must not be in direct sunlight. Move to shaded location if needed.
STEP 2
Allow unit to cool — will auto-resume. Current derates at 50C. Above 40C ambient is outside operating spec.
Escalate if
Overheating in shaded conditions below 40C ambient — contact myenergi support
