What to check
STEP 1
Wait — Zappi auto-resumes when voltage returns to range. Measure supply voltage at Zappi terminals.
STEP 2
If voltage drop under load: check supply cable size (4-10mm2) and length. If persistently high: notify DNO.
Escalate if
Voltage confirmed within range but fault persists — contact myenergi support
