SelfTest Failed! (Code 27)
Built-in protection devices failed self-test prior to charge. Zappi will not charge.
Common causes
Internal protection component faultTransient failure — may clear on reset
What to check
STEP 1
Unplug EV. Press and hold button to reset. Replug EV and allow self-test to run again.
STEP 2
If after firmware update, check myenergi app for notes.
Escalate if
Fault persists after reset — contact myenergi support, internal component failure
