Comms Fault! / NMI (Code 26)
Internal communication fault. Typically the ribbon cable between PCB sections. Zappi 2.1 may show NMI screen.

What to check
STEP 1
Unplug EV. Press and hold button to reset. Check myenergi app for fault detail.
STEP 2
For NMI on Zappi 2.1: connect to router via Ethernet and attempt recovery via app.
