STEP 1
Check NTC sensor cable connector is fully seated at battery terminal block
STEP 2
Inspect NTC cable for damage. If accessible, test NTC resistance with multimeter (typically 10 kΩ at 25°C)

NTC cable confirmed good and fault persists — sensor hardware fault, escalate
