What to check
STEP 1
Test insulation resistance of each string independently (500 V DC IR test). Below 1 MΩ indicates fault
STEP 2
Inspect all connectors and junction boxes for moisture ingress. Dry out and retest
Escalate if
Faulty string identified — replace cable or connector. If no fault found, escalate
