What to check
STEP 1
Check ShinePhone battery charge power setting. Ensure charge rate does not exceed ARK module rating (typically 1C maximum)
STEP 2
Check battery temperature -- high temperature also reduces maximum allowed charge current
Escalate if
Charge rate within spec but warning persists -- BMS hardware fault, escalate
