Check ShinePhone battery voltage reading. Confirm it is within ARK specification for the installed model
STEP 2
Check for any cell voltage imbalance warnings alongside this fault -- imbalance can cause one group to overvoltage before the pack average hits its limit
Escalate if
Voltage within spec but warning persists -- BMS calibration or cell fault, escalate
