What to check
STEP 1
Check the battery installation location temperature. ARK batteries must not exceed 45C ambient. Confirm clearances: 100mm sides, 200mm top
STEP 2
Check ShinePhone for the specific module temperature. If one module is consistently hotter than others, that module may have an internal issue
Escalate if
Temperature within location limits but one module consistently hotter -- possible internal cell issue, escalate
