BMS Communication Fault
The inverter has lost communication with the ARK battery BMS. Battery will not charge or discharge until communication is restored.
Common causes
CAN bus cable disconnected or damagedIncorrect BMS protocol selected in ShinePhoneCAN bus address conflict with multiple batteries
What to check
STEP 1
Check CAN cable between ARK battery BMS port and inverter BMS port. Confirm fully seated at both ends and undamaged. Check CAN bus termination
STEP 2
In ShinePhone, check battery type setting. ARK 2.5H-A1 and ARK XH HV use different protocols -- wrong selection prevents communication
Escalate if
Cable correct and battery type matches but comms cannot be restored -- BMS hardware fault, escalate
