The THOR's internal RCBO has detected DC leakage current above the threshold. Charge session stops. LCD shows 110.
Common causes
EV vehicle on-board charger has DC leakage (Type A RCD cannot detect this — THOR has internal Type B equivalent)Wet or damaged EV cableEV with faulty PFC stage
What to check
STEP 1
Disconnect the EV. Check if fault clears with EV removed. If it does, the leakage source is the EV or its cable. Try another EV or another cable to confirm
STEP 2
Press the test button on the internal RCBO (visible through the side window of the THOR) to reset. If RCBO keeps tripping with the same EV, the vehicle's on-board charger may need servicing
Escalate if
Fault persists with EV disconnected — THOR wiring or hardware fault, escalate
