What to check
STEP 1
Locate red E-stop button on the side/front of the THOR charger. If pressed, twist clockwise and pull outward to reset. Confirm it pops back out to normal position
STEP 2
Check ShinePhone app for fault confirmation after reset. If the button is not pressed but fault persists, the button switch may have failed
Escalate if
Button confirmed not pressed but fault persists after reset — internal button switch failure, escalate
