What to check
STEP 1
Re-pair using the 4-step procedure: (1) Reset ShineLanBox (hold button until all 4 lights on), (2) Hold ShineRFStick-X reset 6s (solid blue), (3) Short-press ShineLanBox reset (Paired LED flashes), (4) Short-press ShineRFStick-X reset (Device LED on ShineLanBox begins flashing)
STEP 2
Wait 2 minutes after pairing sequence. ShineRFStick-X should change to slow flash (1s). If Device LED on ShineLanBox is already flashing before you start, pairing is already active — no action needed
Escalate if
Pairing sequence completes (Device LED flashing on ShineLanBox) but ShineRFStick-X still shows fast-flash after 5 minutes — RF interference or hardware fault, escalate
