What to check
STEP 1
Isolate AC immediately. Inspect AC wiring and downstream loads. Do not restart without confirming AC circuit is clear
STEP 2
Power cycle after confirming AC circuit is clean. Log event times and check for correlation with grid events
Escalate if
Fault returns after restart -- possible output filter component failure, escalate
