AC Overcurrent -- Hardware Protection
Hardware-level overcurrent protection has tripped on the AC output. A deeper protection layer than Error 301.
Common causes
Severe short circuit downstream of AC terminalsComponent failure in AC output stageAbnormal grid condition causing high circulating current
What to check
STEP 1
Isolate AC immediately. Inspect wiring for visible damage or burning. Do not restart without confirming no short circuit on the AC circuit
STEP 2
Test AC circuit insulation resistance before restarting. Confirm no short between L N PE
Escalate if
AC circuit tests clean but fault returns on restart -- inverter output stage fault, escalate immediately
