DSP Communication Fault
The main DSP has lost communication with a secondary processor or microcontroller inside the inverter.
Common causes
Internal hardware failureSevere voltage transient or electrostatic dischargePCB component failure
What to check
STEP 1
Power cycle fully. DSP communication faults that clear on restart may be one-off events
STEP 2
Check ShinePhone event log for frequency. Multiple occurrences in a short time suggest hardware degradation
Escalate if
Returns after power cycle -- internal hardware fault, escalate with event log and serial number
