EEPROM / Flash Memory Fault
The inverter detected a read or write error in its non-volatile memory. Configuration or firmware data may be corrupt.

What to check
STEP 1
Power cycle the inverter fully. If it restores settings and operates normally, the error was a one-off
STEP 2
Check ShinePhone for pending firmware updates. An incomplete OTA update can cause this. If firmware shows an older version, retry the update
Escalate if
Fault persists after power cycle and firmware check -- EEPROM hardware failure likely, escalate for unit replacement
