What to check
STEP 1
Open ShinePhone and check PV input mode setting. SPH models support two independent MPPTs -- each string should be configured for its actual voltage range
STEP 2
Measure each string voltage at the inverter DC terminals. Confirm values are within the inverter MPPT range (100--550V for SPH)
Escalate if
Configuration matches string design and values are within spec but fault persists -- escalate to Growatt support
