What to check
STEP 1
This is a normal protection — charging will resume when temperature rises above 0°C. Ensure battery installation location is frost-protected (minimum 0°C recommended)
STEP 2
Consider a battery heater accessory for installs in locations subject to frost. Check if the ARK HVP (heated version) is available for this application
Escalate if
Fault occurs when ambient temperature is clearly above 5°C — NTC sensor fault, escalate
