STEP 1
Power cycle the system. If fault clears, monitor for recurrence
STEP 2
Check BMS firmware version via ShinePhone. Update to latest version if available
Escalate if
Fault persists after power cycle and firmware is current — BMS controller board failure, escalate for replacement
